This notice is a plain starting point. It is not a substitute for advice from a solicitor or data protection adviser.
Who I am
I am Jessica Fooks, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. I run AI workshops for estate and letting agency teams. For the purposes of UK data protection law, I am the controller of the personal information described here.

What I collect
This site has no accounts and no database. The only way I receive information is when you send me an email, for example through the free prompts form or the call request. That email includes:
- your name;
- your email address;
- whether you would like a call about the team workshop;
- anything else you choose to write in your email.
Please do not put sensitive information in your email. I do not need it.
Why I use it, and my lawful basis
I use your details to send you the 10 enquiry reply prompts, and to reply to you about a call or the workshop.
My lawful basis is legitimate interests: replying to someone who has asked me a question or asked for something. If you ask about booking a workshop, I also use your details to take steps you have asked for before a contract is made.
What I do not do
- I do not sell your data.
- I do not share it for other people's marketing.
- I do not run advertising or tracking on this site.
Who else handles it
Your email passes through your own email provider and mine. I use an ordinary email account to receive and reply. Those providers handle the message under their own privacy policies.
Cookies and fonts
This site does not set tracking cookies. It is a static site and it does not use analytics or advertising tools.
The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches them, Google receives your IP address and some browser details, as it does for any request. See Google's own privacy policy for how it handles that.
How long I keep it
I keep your email only as long as I need it to reply and follow up. If you become a client, I keep the records I need for my accounts and for any legal duty. I review old enquiry emails and delete the ones I no longer need.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information I hold about you;
- ask me to correct anything that is wrong;
- ask me to delete your information;
- ask me to restrict how I use it;
- object to my use of it;
- ask for it in a portable format, where that applies.
To use any of these, email me. I will reply as soon as I can, and within one month.
Complaints
I would like the chance to put things right first, so please contact me. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this notice
If I change this notice, I will update the date at the top.
