Who these terms are with

These terms apply to workshops run by Jessica Fooks, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, under the name Jessica Fooks. In these terms, “I” means Jessica Fooks and “you” means the agency booking the workshop.

The workshop

The workshop is a half-day, hands-on session on using AI in an estate or letting agency. It is for a whole agency team, up to 10 people. It follows The MOVE Method™: Map your week, Offload the admin, Voice, Embed the routine.

The date, time and place (in person or online) are agreed with you before you book.

Price

The price is £795 per group, for up to 10 people. If you want to include more people, ask me first and we will agree it in writing.

Booking, payment and cancellation

A booking is only confirmed once we have both agreed it in writing, which can be by email. Payment terms and cancellation or rescheduling terms are agreed in writing at the time of booking.

If something is not agreed in writing, please ask before you rely on it.

The 30-day promise

If your team isn't saving time within 30 days of the workshop, I will run a free follow-up session with you.

• Tell me by email within the 30 days.
• The remedy is a follow-up session. It is not a refund.
• The aim of the session is to work out what is getting in the way and adjust the routines your team set up.

What the workshop is, and what it is not

The workshop is training. I show your team how to use AI tools for everyday agency work, such as replying to enquiries and organising the week.

It is not legal advice. It is not data protection advice. I do not promise any particular result, because results depend on how your team uses what it learns.

Your responsibilities

Your agency remains responsible for how it uses AI. That includes:

• checking everything an AI tool produces before it is sent or relied on;
• deciding what information your team puts into any AI tool;
• meeting your own legal, regulatory and data protection duties.

The free enquiry reply prompts

The free prompts are offered as they are. They are examples to adapt, not finished advice. Please read and check any reply before you send it.

Workshop materials

Any materials I provide are for your agency's own internal use. Please do not resell them or share them outside your agency without asking me first.

Limit of liability

My total liability to you for anything arising from the workshop is limited to the fee you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. A booking is covered by the terms that applied when it was confirmed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute.
